Data collected
The contact form collects your name, email address, phone number, intended stay dates, number of guests and the message you write. No other personal data is collected by this site.

This data is processed on the basis of pre-contractual measures taken at your request (Article 6.1.b GDPR): it is used solely to process your request and reply to you.
Retention period
Requests submitted via the contact form and their associated data are kept for 12 months from submission, then automatically deleted.
Audience measurement
This site uses Matomo, a self-hosted analytics tool hosted in the European Union, configured without cookies and with IP address anonymisation. This configuration is exempt from prior consent. If a cookie-based mode were ever enabled, a consent banner would be shown before any cookie is set.
Hosting and data transfers
Form data is stored on Supabase, hosted in the European Union. The site itself is hosted by Netlify, a company based in the United States; this transfer outside the European Union is governed by standard contractual clauses. No personal data is durably stored in the server functions used to send emails.
Payment provider
Payment of the deposit and balance for your booking is made via Stripe, on a payment page hosted by Stripe. Stripe is a payment service provider established in the European Union (Stripe Payments Europe, Limited, Ireland), whose involvement is governed by a data processing agreement (DPA) and standard contractual clauses. This site does not collect or store any card data: this data is entered and processed exclusively by Stripe.
